Park Policies

Safety and security

Sudan Workforce Village is a managed, professionally operated community. Security cameras cover key common areas, including the entrance and the front office, and the park is managed to support crews who work long and rotating shifts.

Packages and mail

Residents receive deliveries directly at their sites using the park address and their site number, so crews get their parts, gear and personal shipments without stopping at an office. The front office does not accept or hold packages or mail.

Community standards

Every resident agrees to a set of community standards when they move in. These cover quiet hours that respect night-shift workers, safe driving and parking inside the park, site upkeep, and proper use of utility connections. The standards are applied the same way to every resident, so crews come home to a quiet, orderly place to rest between shifts. The full standards are provided to each resident at move-in.

Pets

Sudan Workforce Village is pet-friendly and has an on-site dog park. Pets are welcome under standard workforce housing policies, including a per-site limit, leash and cleanup requirements, current vaccinations, and owner responsibility for any damage.
