Reservation information

The reservation form collects your name, company, title, email, phone number, inquiry type, project location or region, number of sites, arrival and optional departure dates, duration, housing type and notes. It also records your optional SMS consent, the consent wording and version, timestamp, and IP address and browser information when available.

We use this information to manage reservation requests and communicate about your booking.

SMS / text messages

SMS opt-in is optional and is used for reservation updates. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
