A workforce village, not a campground.
Sudan Workforce Village is a privately owned and operated workforce housing development in Sudan, Texas: a planned 327-site workforce village on FM 303, on the South Plains of West Texas. It's built for one purpose: giving contractors a managed, dependable place to house craft labor and project staff for the length of a build.
What makes it different. Most crew housing gives your people a place to park. Sudan Workforce Village has everyday services minutes away: Auto & truck repair, auto & truck tire service, and hardware about a minute up FM 303 (0.3 mi, ~1 min drive), groceries and basics at the dollar store (0.4 mi, ~2 min drive), 24-hour fuel, food and coffee at the market under half a mile away (0.35 mi, 1–2 min drive), a laundromat about a 2-minute drive away (0.3 mi), and three local restaurants within a 3-minute drive (0.26–0.76 mi). On-site food trucks: breakfast in the morning, dinner in the evening. Lunch spots are minutes away in Sudan. Crews can handle the basics of life on the road without losing a day off.
How it's run. On-site management, Wi-Fi included and an on-site workout facility. One two-way entrance off FM 303. Sites are laid out and utility-served for long stays: 50A electric pedestals, City of Sudan water and sewer, and freeze-protected water connections for South Plains winters.
Planned: bathhouses with showers; rec room / clubhouse; food truck court & outdoor dining; green space; dog park
